Each batch of Mike's Pantree jellies are hand-made, packaged with care, and made with high-quality ingredients. Each jar has a sealed lid, with a safety button that depresses when sealed. If, for whatever reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email a photo of the product and the details of your issue to: mike@mikespantree.com. a return shipment will not be accepted, but refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis, i.e. if jars are broken during shipping.
Shipping rates will be based on USPS Ground Advantage rates, for the weight and size of products ordered, for addresses within the Continental United States. International rates will be based on USPS International rates.
